Offline Sales Executive

About the role:

Offline Sales Executives for the Offline department perform a variety of operational sales by supporting our company’s Head of Sales. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support, generating, and maintaining a list of new/existing potential clients to discuss business opportunities.

Duties:
• Source for new/potential customers
• Convert new leads into sales
• Assist clients to post their ads on the business’ website/app
• Assist clients with problems associated with their accounts
• Maintain contact with clients to provide post-sales services, obtain customer feedback, and resolve any arising customer issues
• Help customers to create accounts
• Educate customers on how to use accounts
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers.
• Work hand in hand with the sales manager to achieve sales results.
• Responding to all issues with prompt attention.
• Contact clients with an interest in growing their business sales via our online platform and offer them sales promotion deals.
• Assist customers who wish to buy packages
• Liaise effectively with all departments within to ensure customer requirements are met.

Requirements:
• Minimum of HND in Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Good customer service and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Must be exceptionally positive, confident, and determined. Resilient with the ability to cope with pressure.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
